Benjamin Reid is a Toronto-based Registered Massage Therapist with a focus on rehabilitation.
Prior to his education in massage therapy at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (CCMH) in Toronto, Benjamin obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Neuroscience at Dalhousie University.
Benjamin has always had a passion for education. During his schooling at CCMH, he enjoyed tutoring fellow students in his spare time. Ben graduated at the top of his class in September 2017 and has been practicing as an RMT since January 2018. Ben went on to work as a Teaching Assistant at CCMH for several years, specializing in Clinical Assessments and Massage Skills & Techniques. His interests include systemic anatomy, neuroanatomy, and orthopedic assessments.
He currently works at Step Up Massage & Rehab, a clinic in midtown Toronto that is multidisciplinary and rehab-focused. He particularly enjoys assisting patients in their rehabilitation process from injuries or surgeries, as well as the treatment of sport injuries, headaches and temporomandibular disorders.
Benjamin is currently enrolled in the Doctor of Chiropractic program at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in an effort to further his education and provide better patient care.
