Station 2 is one of the most communication-heavy parts of the OSCE. It’s where you show your ability to turn clinical information into a safe, effective treatment plan—and explain that plan clearly to your client. This course walks you step-by-step through what examiners are expecting, so you can demonstrate strong clinical reasoning, clear consent procedures, and real-world readiness under pressure.
You’ll learn how to take a client’s health history and assessment findings and translate them into a treatment that aligns with the client’s goals, condition, and safety considerations. We cover how to identify red flags, modify plans for contraindications, and explain your rationale in simple, professional language.
Informed consent is a key part of Station 2, and we make sure you’re prepared. You’ll practice explaining techniques, discussing risks and benefits, offering options, and securing consent clearly and respectfully. You'll also learn how to handle questions, document sensitive area consent, and ensure consent is ongoing, not just a checkbox.
