Our Team

Susy Goldstein brings a wealth of knowledge and extensive business expertise to the Dexterity PD Team, making her a key contributor to the organization.

Her academic journey commenced with a BA from the University of Toronto, followed by an MBA from the University of Windsor, where she distinguished herself as one of the few women in her graduating class. After completing her MBA, Susy garnered several years of corporate experience before redirecting her focus to raising her three young children.

In addition to her professional endeavors, Susy has dedicated many years to active volunteerism. Notably, she led the parent’s committee at her children’s school, overseeing fundraising efforts and participating in various subcommittees addressing critical issues like curriculum development and bullying. She also volunteered with Out of the Cold, a weekly respite for the homeless in Toronto, and co-founded Give Kids, an organization that operated for over a decade, sourcing and distributing backpacks, basic necessities, and school supplies to low-income children across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Currently, she actively participates in the grandparent committee at her grandchildren’s school, providing weekly volunteer classroom support.

Susy’s professional journey also includes a stint as a high school teacher, where she taught business courses. Holding a Certificate in Mediation, she then ventured into establishing and growing a successful immigration and pardons business for many years, providing leadership and overseeing growth and operations. Her commitment to education is further evidenced by co-authoring an educational children’s book that has been integrated into the curriculum for several school districts across Ontario, focusing on issues of xenophobia and the Holocaust.

Susy’s association with the Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy (CCMH) in various capacities, primarily within the Admissions Department, showcased her refreshing honesty, kindness, and caring nature. Beloved by students, Susy’s attentiveness and ability to make everyone feel special earned her a stellar reputation. Her extensive involvement with CCMH also granted her an exceptional perspective on the massage therapy industry, positioning her uniquely to develop continuing education courses tailored to the needs of Dexterity PD.

As a co-founder of Dexterity PD, Susy has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s direction and leadership. Her ongoing commitment involves providing support and leadership to both the business and operations teams. With a successful track record in launching and managing a small business, Susy’s invaluable practical insights, combined with her background in education and business, positioned her as the perfect candidate to author the Business Basics courses tailored for massage therapists.
