Sari’s deep connection to mindfulness and movement as a catalyst for healing is reflected in the courses she created in collaboration with Dexterity PD, which focus on integrating a meditation practice into a massage therapy treatment.
Sari transitioned from a career as a marketing executive to a dedicated practitioner and teacher in the health and wellness space. Sari began exploring the wellness space in 2003 across various cities, including New York, Los Angeles, and Toronto. Through her exploration, Sari discovered transformative tools for personal growth and a fulfilling career path. Sari now serves as a yoga and mindfulness teacher, a full-time life coach, and the co-creator of The Yoga Weekend retreat.
Drawing on over 25 years of teaching yoga and meditation full-time, a decade of successfully owning and operating an indoor cycling and yoga studio in Toronto, and eight years of leading yoga teacher training programs, Sari brings a wealth of experience to the table. Sari continues to explore and learn in the area of life coaching and has received certifications from esteemed programs such as The Big Life, Robbins-Madanes Core 100 and Strategic Intervention, and The Life Coach School.
Leading workshops, teacher training, and immersions, Sari’s innate curiosity for what the contemporary yogi needs inspires her life coaching both privately and corporately. Sari is actively involved in organizing various annual wellness events, including supporting the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation.
