Michelle Doell

Michelle is an enthusiastic, caring, and intuitive Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), with experience in a variety of techniques and modalities and is the External Content Manager for Dexterity PD.

Michelle attended St. Francis University in Pennsylvania, where she ran Women’s Cross Country. Michelle completed a Bachelor’s degree in English Communications in 2006 and was regularly named to the Athletic Department’s Honor Roll. Upon completing her Bachelor’s degree, Michelle obtained a Graduate Certificate in Journalism at Griffith University.

Michelle became familiar with massage therapy as an athlete and grew more interested in it as a career path after experiencing injury from competitive Ultimate Frisbee. Following her passion for athletics and the human body, Michelle decided to pursue a career in massage therapy. She graduated with Honors from ICT Kikkawa College in Toronto, Ontario, with a Diploma in Massage Therapy. Michelle soon thereafter became a Registered Massage Therapist and worked in multidisciplinary settings to address and treat multiple injuries and repetitive strain patients.

Michelle currently operates a small business in Peterborough, Ontario, where she continues to treat patients of all ages and needs. Michelle also collaborates with Dexterity PD instructors to create rich and interesting course content, works as a content editor, and takes a lead role in coordinating the development of original multimedia. She is an instrumental member of the Dexterity PD Course Development Team.
