Lydia Giammartino, a top graduate from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (CCMH) and a Registered Massage Therapist, possesses a wealth of knowledge in healthcare.

Before entering the massage therapy field, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and a Master of Medical Sciences, accumulating over fifteen years of experience in diverse healthcare roles. Lydia’s background includes serving as a paramedic and assisting doctors in chronic pain management.

Driven by a passion for medical sciences, Lydia dedicates her time to both her massage therapy practice and educating future massage therapists. As an instructor and hands-on Clinical Supervisor, Lydia stands out as one of the most knowledgeable massage therapists in the field today.

Collaborating with Dexterity PD, Lydia has authored and contributed to many courses that showcase her advanced scientific and healthcare expertise. Lydia continues to support the creation of high-quality educational content for massage therapists and healthcare professionals.
