Our Team

Krystal Mayer-Raymond holds a BA degree from the University of Western Ontario and an Honors Diploma from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (CCMH), where she graduated cum laude in 2005.

Throughout her academic journey, Krystal actively participated in and competed in the multidisciplinary sport of Triathlon in both Ontario and the USA.

After working as a practicing RMT, Krystal went on to become an instructor at CCMH starting in 2011 where she taught for many years. She has shared her expertise in massage therapy by teaching courses in Anatomy, Pilates, Introductory and Advanced Massage Techniques, and has served as a running coach in various health and fitness facilities.

Krystal’s diverse client base includes amateur and elite athletes, pregnant women, motor vehicle and rehabilitation patients. Notably, she has specialized in providing massage therapy for palliative and end-of-life patients, extending her services to hospitals, hospices, and private residences.

In collaboration with Dexterity PD, Krystal played a pivotal role in developing a series of manual therapy courses focused on palliative care.
