Our Team

Cindy McNeely has been practicing Massage Therapy in Ontario since 1985 and holds registration with the CMTO (College of Massage Therapists of Ontario). Her extensive teaching career began in 1988 at the Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy, expanding to instruct at various colleges across Canada.

In 1995, she co-founded Trimesters: Massage Therapy Education with her colleague Allison Hines-Berman, aiming to elevate perinatal Massage Therapy standards nationwide. Cindy’s perinatal teaching has reached seven provinces in Canada.

Beyond teaching, Cindy has actively engaged with parents and their children, providing knowledge, education, and hands-on therapy. Her expertise has been showcased on Breakfast Television, and she has authored several articles and contributed to a Perinatal Massage Therapy textbook.

Collaborating with Dexterity PD, Cindy has contributed to a series of courses based on her hands-on teaching experience through Trimesters: Massage Therapy Education. The Understanding & Delivering Pregnancy Massage Certificate Program comprises nine courses, mirroring the content of the Trimesters in-class program.
